Matthew Clark, D.C., MS
Dr. Clark was born in Ilion, New York, and raised in both New York and Layton, Utah. He completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University. Upon graduation, he moved to St. Louis, Missouri, where he attended Logan University and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic as well as a Master of Science degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.
During his postdoctoral training, Dr. Clark developed a specialization in leading technological treatments for severe spinal injuries such as disc herniations, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and degenerative disc disease. His treatments focus on disc regeneration and the restoration of proper function of the spine, which renders surgical intervention unnecessary.
Dr. Clark enjoys working with his patients and finds it very rewarding to help them finally have relief from pain and get back to doing the things they love. Dr. Clark loves participating in endurance events and he has completed over 50 marathons and ultra-running events, and over a dozen full Ironman triathlons. He is an accomplished cyclist and has won multiple National Championships and a World Championship. He also enjoys reading, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Hi, I’m Sariah. I’m the office manager here at Advanced Spine & Disc and I have worked here since 2016. I take great pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and supported from the moment they walk in. I truly love my job because it allows me to combine my passion for healthcare with my genuine compassion for people. Every day, I work closely with patients, helping them navigate appointments, insurance, and treatment plans, ensuring their experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. I also enjoy collaborating with our staff to keep the office running seamlessly so patients can receive the best care. Seeing patients get back to doing what they love to do and knowing I played a part in their journey to recover makes my work deeply rewarding and meaningful.
When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, shopping with my daughter, taking my son fishing and doing chores at the farm.

Hi, I’m Sabrina. I’m a lead medical assistant here at Advanced Spine & Disc and I’ve worked here since 2020. My favorite thing about working at Advanced Spine & Disc is my co-workers. I have always heard my mom (who is the office manager) talk about how great it is to work here, so I decided to check it out for myself. I agree that it is an amazing office. I love being able to work and interact with the patients.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy coloring, playing with my cat, playing video games, and experimenting with makeup.

Hi, I’m Shanoah . I am a junior medical assistant here at Advance Spine & Disc and I joined this amazing team in 2024. My absolute favorite thing about working at Advanced Spine & Disc is getting to see first hand the amazing results of the patients that come to see us ! It is so much fun getting to know people from all different walks of life! When I’m not at work , I enjoy hanging out with my dogs and fish , paranormal investigations, crafting , playing the piano , blowing bubbles , and just having fun ! Oh and of course I love anything Disney !
